About Jubilee Banquet Facility

Meet the Staff

Sharon Morton, Owner

My name is Sharon Morton and I am the owner of Jubilee Banquet Facility conveniently located on Callahan Drive. I have lived in Powell for many years and wanted to offer something special for this community. I have been happily married to my husband, Rob, for over 30 years, and we have three wonderful children. I opened Jubilee August of 2007 after four years of preparation, planning and hard work! It has always been a dream of mine to give families a place to come and celebrate every event in their lives. We can accommodate birthday parties, reunions, showers and corporate meetings, all in custom created rooms. My birthday room and banquet rooms are one of a kind and each one inspired by my children. I wanted to build a facility that was fun, energetic and creative while hiring a staff that was the same. My dream has come true.

Allison Morton Potts, Event Coordinator

Allison Morton Potts, daughter of owners Robert and Sharon, has worked at Jubilee since its opening in 2007. She started as a server while still in high school, and advanced positions in the company to head event coordinator several years ago. Her life’s loves are her husband, son and fur babies. Her hobbies include spending time with friends, going to baseball games, and going to the movies!

Allison takes the time to get to know our clients, giving close attention to the details to be sure their event is perfect. The company’s motto “May all who enter as guests, leave as friends” is true to how Allison feels working with our clients. Her personality is welcoming and gracious, letting the love for her job and clients show in all she does. Allison takes pride in being such a key role in the success of the family business.
